Serkkutyttöjen kanssa tehtiin mökillä muutama saippuakokeilu, kerta oli heille ensimmäinen. Perusraaka-aineet olivat minulle tuttuja ja turvallisia, mutta ehkä hieman uudenlaisissa mittasuhteissa käytössä - se, tai joku muu oli syynä siihen, että saippuamassa jämähti hetkessä. Jaoimme massan kahtia ja lisäsimme puoliskoihin erilaiset "mausteet". Toiseen puoleen tuli kaakaota, raakasuklaanibsejä ja kaurasilkkiä, toiseen vihreää saippuaväriä (liikaa) ja tea treen ja eukapyptyksen eteerisiä öljyjä.
Koska meitä oli kolme, saatiin kerrankin kuvia valmistusvaiheista.
Few of my cousins were visiting in my cottage and we made some soap with them. This was the first soaping time for them. Basic ingredients were all safe and familiar to me, but we used them on new ratios - perhaps that or some other reason caused our soap batch to settle in a second. We splat our batch and added different "spices" to each half. We added some cocoa powder, raw chocolate nibbs and oat silk to the one half and green colour (little bit too much) and tea tree and eucalyptus essential oils to the other half.
Because there were three of us, we managed to get some photos also from the making process.
