Lapset saivat sukkiensa kaveriksi purkilliset pipareita.

I was supposed to write real post about Santa and other Christmas stuff with nice photos, but then I didn't got any energy left to do that. Since last Christmas I had planned to make mulled wine soap for my friends, but somehow it was left to the last minute. I decided to try OHP once again, just few days before Holidays. Of course, it didn't work out, I obviously cannot do OHP-soap anymore. Every batch need to save by rebatch them, before anything works out...blaah...But I finally got soaps to their packages, even if they are not pretty. I used sugared mulled wine (I knew there was a risk using that), some red wine and a bag of mulled wine spices to get some scent. Well, there was no scent at all, except when using soap in hot sauna, then there was a hint of those warm spices. Otherwise soap was fine.
Besides of the soap my friends got a bottle of that fake-Baileys I wrote about earlier.
My family members didn't get any soap this year (they really don't understand about them ;) ), but they got homemade Queen-liqueur, vanilla extract and vanilla oil and short wool socks (photo is in Käsityöt-page). Children got a jar of ginger breads with their socks.
